Delete an account in the app
Sign in, open Settings → Delete Account, review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm. The request permanently removes the authentication account and public profile and cannot be undone.
What account deletion removes
Deletion removes the account’s private profile, public handle, vehicle claims, badges, blocks, submitted reports, ratings, associated photo records, and private uploaded photos. Vehicle reputation totals are recalculated after those ratings are removed.
Limited de-identified records
Limited security, moderation, diagnostic, product, transaction, or fraud-prevention records may be retained only after being disconnected from the deleted account when reasonably necessary and legally permitted or required.
Remove or review individual content
Use the in-app Report control so a request is attached to the correct rating. A moderator can review, hide, remove, or dismiss the report and the decision is recorded in an audit log. If you cannot access the app, email irate.cars.app@gmail.com with only the minimum information necessary to locate the content.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, email irate.cars.app@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account.
